Who do I work with?

Individuals

A desire to explore identity, gently recover from trauma, or develop a meaningful life are all reasons why one might seek and benefit from individual therapy.

Relationships

Relationships are often one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of life. The complexity of parenthood, non-monogamy and polyamory, and/or marginalized identities can add to both. Balancing the needs of the individuals and the partnership is vital in all relationship configurations.

Families

It is never too early or too late to work on resolving conflict and establishing boundaries with healthy communication.

Teens & Kids

Developing a sense of self and learning to understand and manage ones emotions is particularly hard and important for children and teens.

Trauma Recovery

Psycho-emotional trauma can leave lasting and limiting injuries. However, with care and courage, it is among the psychological conditions that is most reliably able to heal. With attention to your safety and a structured, guided approach, we can work together to integrate and access the painful events of the past without fear.

Gender & Sexual Identities

Most of the people in my personal and professional circles are queer, trans, kinky, and/or poly. I am proud and passionate to work with folks from across the gender and sexuality spectrums and have done so both individually, in group settings, and at a community organization.

Men & Masculinity

While in many ways, men are privledged, we are also struggling. Men and boys are undeserved by the counseling field. I want to work with you to develop a robust masculinity that is grounded in contemporary values.
